We provide support in planning and operating stakeholder
involvement from the initial stage of projects to ensure high transparency.
For public works projects, such as nature rehabilitation,
river/road development and urban/regional planning, to have fruitful
results, it is now vital to have transparency and fairness in project
implementation and to gain cooperation and mutual understanding with
various stakeholders, such as government, citizens, and NPOs. To achieve
this, stakeholder involvement and participatory approach programs are
actively utilized in project planning processes.
In project planning through stakeholder involvement, it
is important to build a consensus on the decision making process, project
issues, project objectives, alternative plans and evaluation method,
and all these elements must be reflected into the final plan.
We support such activities to maintain high transparency
in project planning.
